    Founder/Executive Director (Programs & Strategies)

Nydra’s journey from single motherhood to founding Ardyn Hope, Inc. was not just a personal transformation—it was the birth of a mission shaped by lived experience, resilience, and purpose. Raising two children on her own, Nydra gained an intimate understanding of the barriers faced by families without access to consistent resources, mentorship, or support systems.

With over a decade of experience serving at-risk youth and families, Nydra built Ardyn Hope as a bridge for those walking a path she knew all too well—young parents navigating life’s toughest challenges while striving to build stable, hopeful futures.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) and mental-health professional, Nydra leads with empathy, vision, and strategy. Her work focuses on equipping teen and young parents with life skills, mental-wellness tools, and advocacy training that foster long-term success. Under her leadership, Ardyn Hope continues to expand its reach through community partnerships, empowerment programs, and trauma-informed initiatives that ensure every family the organization touches leaves stronger, more confident, and more connected than before.
