Ardyn Hope Inc. was born out of my passion for supporting at-risk children and families and my personal experience as a single mother. Raising two children on my own, I intimately understood the struggles of lacking resources and the profound impact it has on a family. This experience inspired me to create an organization dedicated to being a pillar of support for those in need.

With a background in working extensively with at-risk children and families, I recognized the urgent need for a comprehensive support system within our community. My work has always focused on empowering individuals and providing the necessary resources to help them overcome their challenges. This includes a particular emphasis on supporting teen parents, who often face unique obstacles and require tailored assistance to thrive.

Ardyn Hope Inc. was established with a clear mission: to meet the diverse needs of our community by offering accessible resources, education, and partnerships. Our programs are designed to provide compassionate support and practical solutions, ensuring that every family has the opportunity to succeed.

At Ardyn Hope Inc., we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals and families can find the help they need, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

This mission is deeply personal to me, as I strive to be a compassionate advocate and resource for my community, driven by my own experiences and commitment to making a positive impact.

Board Treasurer- 2024

Ms. Dedra is a mother of three and an experienced nurse of over 20 years. She has worked in various areas of nursing including wound care, trauma, and home health. She recently transitioned into an administrative role of nursing and is currently pursuing her BSN. She is a Chicago native that has resided in the DFW area since 2011. Her passion and empathic approach have allowed her help patients and families through various life and health challenges. She lives by the motto “driven by compassion, fueled by purpose.”

Myah is a proud graduate of Jackson State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Her academic journey equipped her with a strong foundation in communication and critical thinking, essential skills that she carries into her professional and community work.

Myah’s dedication to service is evident in every aspect of her life. She is driven by a profound desire to make a positive impact on those around her, always seeking opportunities to lend a helping hand. Whether through her professional endeavors or personal interactions, Myah strives to uplift and support others in any way she can.

Her guiding principle is encapsulated in her heartfelt belief: “If I could just touch one life, I have done my job.” This sentiment reflects her commitment to making a difference, no matter how big or small. Myah’s compassionate approach and unwavering dedication to service continue to inspire and influence those fortunate enough to cross her path.

Evangelist Tammy Lewis is a single mother of one, a mentor, leader, teacher and a giver. A Chicago native, who grew up on the Southside of Chicago raised by a single mother herself who learned how to survive life through hard work and Faith. She accepted her calling into the ministry in 2007 and enrolled in Living Words, "Class of Ministry.” Today She is still Evangelizing Gods word by way of her time, talents and treasures.

My name is Robert Osei-Kissi. I have been in the trucking industry for several years. I enjoy sports, live music, and learning about history and culture in my free time. Football and basketball are two of my favorite sports to watch and follow. I also enjoy playing chess and listening to jazz music. As a husband and father, I believe in mentoring youth and helping them make wise choices, especially in difficult situations. I lost my brother to gun violence at a young age, so I try to share lessons and tools with young people that could help them avoid the wrong paths. I attended Alabama A&M University and also have a non-profit certification from Collin College. I enjoy public speaking and being part of Toastmasters to practice and improve my communication skills. My goal is to inspire and empower others through sharing my experiences and knowledge.

Chitra has been the DFW area for over 24 years and has seen its growth and development. She hopes to help many people with her experience and knowledge. She has raised kids in Plano TX who have gone on to attend top 10 universities in the country. She enjoys and is involved with many of community service organizations.

Arian has always had a deep passion for helping people, a commitment that has defined both her personal and professional life. Currently residing in the vibrant Dallas Metropolitan area, she brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her community.

With over 25 years of experience in customer service, Arian has honed her skills in understanding and addressing the needs of others. Her exceptional performance in this field has been consistently recognized with numerous awards, highlighting her ability to provide outstanding service and support. These accolades are a testament to her unwavering dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Arian's approach to life and service is guided by her personal motto: “As long as I’m breathing and able, change is possible.” This belief fuels her relentless pursuit of excellence and her commitment to helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Her optimistic outlook and proactive attitude inspire those around her, reinforcing the idea that with perseverance and dedication, meaningful change is always within reach.

James Outsey is a remarkable individual with a wealth of experience and a passion for serving his community. At the age of 47, James is not only a devoted father to four beautiful and productive children, but he is also deeply involved in the nonprofit sector in Dallas. With his strong commitment to making a difference, James currently sits on the board of three unique nonprofits that are dedicated to serving the community in impactful ways.

In addition to his nonprofit work, James is a successful leader in the transportation industry. He operates two facilities that employ over 50 hardworking individuals. James's love for people shines through in his work with small businesses, where he helps develop effective go-to-market strategies. With his extensive experience in national sales, James has managed over 50 million dollars in business annually. He is known for his exceptional negotiation skills, often securing contracts worth upwards of 5 million dollars.

One of James's greatest passions is personal growth, not only for himself but also for others. He firmly believes in the power of self-improvement and strives to inspire and uplift those around him. James's dedication to personal growth extends beyond his professional life, as he actively seeks opportunities to mentor and guide individuals on their journeys of self-discovery.

Hello, my name is Claudia Flores, and I am 24 years old. I was born in the beautiful city of Chihuahua, Mexico, and I am proud to be a first-generation college student. My journey has been filled with hard work and determination, culminating in my graduation from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Photography and social media are two of my greatest passions. I find joy in capturing moments through my lens and sharing stories that inspire and connect people. My skills in these areas have allowed me to blend creativity with strategy, creating impactful visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Beyond my professional interests, I have a deep-seated love for helping others. Whether it's through community service, mentoring, or simply offering a helping hand to those in need, I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those around me. This passion for service is a core part of who I am, driving me to contribute to my community and support others in achieving their dreams.

Daisy Flores is currently serving as an Office Administrator Supervisor at Meraki Solar, where she has been instrumental in managing the office and providing support to office assistants. In addition, she brings valuable experience from her previous work in the medical profession. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is currently going to school to obtain her masters in Accounting and Business Management.

Daisy’s interests include traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
