  • Nydra Osei-Kissi

    Founder/Executive Director (Programs & Strategies)

    Nydra’s journey from single motherhood to founding Ardyn Hope, Inc. was not just a personal transformation—it was the birth of a mission shaped by lived experience, resilience, and purpose. Raising two children on her own, Nydra gained an intimate understanding of the barriers faced by families without access to consistent resources, mentorship, or support systems.

    With over a decade of experience serving at-risk youth and families, Nydra built Ardyn Hope as a bridge for those walking a path she knew all too well—young parents navigating life’s toughest challenges while striving to build stable, hopeful futures.

    As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) and mental-health professional, Nydra leads with empathy, vision, and strategy. Her work focuses on equipping teen and young parents with life skills, mental-wellness tools, and advocacy training that foster long-term success. Under her leadership, Ardyn Hope continues to expand its reach through community partnerships, empowerment programs, and trauma-informed initiatives that ensure every family the organization touches leaves stronger, more confident, and more connected than before.

    For Arian, service is more than a calling—it’s a way of life. With over 25 years of experience in customer service and community engagement, Arian has dedicated her career to helping others feel seen, supported, and valued. Her professional achievements are a reflection of her commitment to excellence, but her true fulfillment comes from the impact she makes on people’s lives.

    Guided by her personal motto, “As long as I’m breathing and able, change is possible,” Arian embodies compassion, consistency, and purpose in everything she does. As a Board Member of Ardyn Hope, she brings warmth, accountability, and a heart for service—helping to advance the organization’s mission of empowering families and creating spaces of hope, healing, and possibility.

    Myah Turner is a communications professional with expertise in public relations, media strategy, and community engagement. She is passionate about using strategic communication to educate, inspire, and connect communities with resources that improve quality of life Myah supports organizational governance while helping strengthen public awareness, community partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise in communications and outreach advances Ardyn Hope's mission by increasing visibility, fostering meaningful community connections, and expanding access to mental health and maternal wellness resources for youth and families throughout Dallas County.

    Dedra is a Registered Nurse with more than two decades of healthcare experience dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families. Her clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and commitment to patient advocacy have enabled her to serve diverse populations across a variety of healthcare settings.

    As Treasurer of Ardyn Hope, Dedra provides financial oversight while contributing valuable clinical insight to the organization's maternal mental health and family wellness initiatives. Drawing from both her professional experience and personal understanding of the challenges facing young families, she supports Ardyn Hope's mission to expand access to mental health resources, strengthen family stability, and improve health outcomes for underserved communities throughout Dallas County.

    Claudia Flores is a marketing and community engagement professional committed to strengthening relationships between organizations and the communities they serve. She brings experience in outreach, communications, and relationship building, with a passion for supporting families through education and access to resources.

    As an Ardyn Hope’s Board Member Claudia contributes her expertise in community outreach and strategic engagement to expand awareness of the organization's programs and services. Her commitment to empowering families and promoting equitable access to mental health and maternal wellness resources supports Ardyn Hope's mission to build healthier, stronger communities throughout Dallas County.

  • Daisy Flores- Treasurer

    A former teen mom, Daisy Flores brings both personal insight and professional excellence to her role on the Ardyn Hope Board. As the Office Administrator Supervisor at Meraki Solar, Daisy’s strong leadership and organizational skills shine daily. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is currently pursuing her master’s in accounting and business management, further strengthening her business and financial expertise.

    Beyond her career, Daisy is deeply committed to empowering young mothers and helping them navigate the challenges she once faced. Her passion for community service, travel, hiking, and family reflects her belief in balance, growth, and giving back to others walking a similar path.
