A Heartfelt Thanks to Our Community Partners

We believe in the power of collaboration at Ardyn Hope, Inc. We’re not just building programs—we’re building futures. And none of it would be possible without the unwavering support of our incredible community partners. Together, we made the "I AM ME" workshop more than just an event—it became a life-changing experience for young parents, opening doors to opportunities they never thought possible. Your dedication, resources, and commitment to helping these families blossom into their full potential are invaluable. You’re not just supporting a cause; you’re shaping the future.

Thank you for standing with us in this mission. You are the backbone of this organization, and we couldn’t do it without you.

What We Do: More Than Just Services, We’re Changing Lives

At Ardyn Hope, we don’t just address problems—we solve them. Our mission is to tackle the real, day-to-day challenges faced by families and at-risk youth in our community. Through programs like support groups led by licensed professionals, monthly drives that provide essentials like diapers, and educational workshops, we’re improving the overall quality of life for those we serve.

Every drive, every workshop, every conversation has one goal: empowerment. We’re not giving out temporary fixes; we’re providing lasting solutions to help families thrive in a world that often overlooks them.

Clearing the Clouds: Marijuana Education & Support Group

The truth about marijuana isn’t just a conversation, it’s a wake-up call. Our Marijuana Education & Support Group is designed to help those looking to quit, offering more than just the science behind the substance. We dive deep into its effects on mental health—increasing anxiety, impairing memory, and worsening conditions like depression and psychosis. But we don’t stop at just talking about the risks.

Our expert-led sessions give participants real, practical tools to break free from dependency. We create a supportive environment where individuals can share their challenges, victories, and fears. This isn’t just about quitting—it’s about rebuilding a life without the cloud of addiction hanging overhead.

Empowering Education: College Tours for Teen Parents

Recently, we had the privilege of guiding teen parents from Richardson ISD through a college tour at Brookhaven College as part of our "I AM ME" program. This wasn’t just a field trip, it was an eye-opener, a gateway to new opportunities. These young parents were given a glimpse of the career pathways and educational opportunities that could change their futures, not just for themselves but for their children.

Education is more than just learning—it’s empowerment. We’re opening doors, showing these young parents that their future is in their hands, and that they can create a better life through education, resilience, and community support.

Community Engagement: The "I AM ME" Workshop

The work we do in the community is nothing short of transformative. Our first "I AM ME" workshop, held in partnership with Richardson ISD, connected teen parents with vital community resources like Texas Health Resources, the City of Dallas WIC Program, Genesis Women’s Shelter, and more. These partnerships provide young parents not just with information but with a network of support that will empower them for years to come.

It’s programs like these that remind us why we’re here: to be a beacon of hope for families and individuals striving for a better tomorrow.

Leadership Spotlight: Nydra T. Osei-Kissi

True leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about doing the work, facing challenges head-on, and staying committed to a vision. Nydra T. Osei-Kissi, Founder and Executive Director of Turner Consulting & Therapy Services, LLC and Ardyn Hope, Inc., embodies this. She started with nothing more than a shared office and a mission to provide mental health services to underserved communities.

Nydra built her practice from the ground up, working long hours and relying on word-of-mouth. But she didn’t stop at building a business—she founded Ardyn Hope to make an even greater impact. Her “I AM ME” program, in collaboration with Richardson ISD, empowers teen parents with the skills and resources they need to thrive. Through partnerships with Texas Health Resources, Genesis Women’s Shelter, and Parkland Hospital, Nydra has created a lifeline for families in need.

What sets Nydra apart is her ability to connect with people on a personal level. She sees each individual as more than just a client—they are people with potential, deserving of support and guidance. Her leadership is defined by her unwavering belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, and she’s dedicated her life to making that belief a reality.
