Like other creative reuse centers across the globe, Untrash Creative Reuse keeps pre-loved creative materials from ending up in the landfill and gets them into the hands of people who want to create something new! This happens through a tiny retail shop that's open every day inside the Cottonwood Market antique mall in Richardson; through outreach to community groups; and through craft classes and workshops-- all powered by the community's donations of unwanted creative materials. We're so excited to be a part of the I AM ME event April 1 at Richardson High School and can't wait to spread the word about reuse and the oh-so-healthy benefits of crafting as it relates to young moms and young families.
I’m honored to join Ardyn Hope for the I AM ME Empowerment Workshop for Maternal Mental Health to share resources and support for young mothers in our community. At Charlie Health, I help connect individuals and families to accessible virtual intensive outpatient care for complex mental health needs, and I’m excited to be part of a conversation that uplifts and supports moms.

💖 A Community Celebration for Moms Who Give Everything
This past Mother’s Day, we created a space to uplift and support mothers in our community — especially those who are young, single, or navigating difficult seasons. Through a warm brunch, thoughtful gifts, and meaningful connection, we aimed to ensure every mom who attended felt valued and cared for.
The event was inspired by lived experience. Some of us at Ardyn Hope know firsthand the challenges of motherhood — and that understanding made this gathering all the more meaningful.
