Find the Strength Within – Ardyn Hope's Support Groups
At Ardyn Hope, we don't deal in band-aid solutions. We help families and individuals truly transform their lives. Every person comes with their own challenges, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Our support groups are here to provide the guidance, community, and tools you need to navigate life’s rough patches and come out stronger on the other side.
When you're ready to make real, lasting change, Ardyn Hope is here. You bring the courage, we provide the support.
I AM ME Empowerment Workshop
Join us for the I AM ME Empowerment Workshop, a supportive and engaging experience designed for teen and young mothers. Hosted in partnership with Richardson ISD, this quarterly pregnant parenting workshop provides trauma-informed education, practical parenting tools, and peer support in a welcoming community environment.
Participants will explore topics that promote emotional wellness, resilience, healthy parenting practices, and family stability. The workshop creates a safe space for learning, connection, and empowerment while equipping mothers with resources to navigate pregnancy, postpartum care, and early parenthood with confidence.

Groups
Sometimes, the best way to grow is together. Our group programs are designed to bring people together to share, support, and learn from each other. Whether it’s learning how to handle life’s challenges or getting the support you need, we’ve got a group for you.
Each One, Reach One
In collaboration with Turner Consulting & Therapy Services, Ardyn Hope works to extend the reach of mental health services where they’re needed most. This isn't just therapy—this is about creating a community-wide safety net, ensuring no one slips through the cracks.
Mental Health Education Workshops
Knowledge is power, and our mental health workshops equip individuals and families with that power. From stress management to understanding anxiety and depression, these sessions give you practical tools to manage life's challenges—no fluff, just real help for real issues.
