I AM ME: A Commitment to Us is a trauma-informed, empowerment-based initiative designed to build resilience and disrupt cycles of trauma.
Structured Curriculum
Moving beyond general workshops, we deliver a structured, multi-session curriculum specifically designed for seamless school-based integration.
Target Population
Pregnant and parenting teens, young mothers, and young families (including fathers).
Outcomes & Focus Areas

Life Skills: Goal-setting and practical daily habits.
Self-Advocacy: Navigating healthcare, education, and resources.

I AM ME is a maternal wellness and empowerment initiative designed to support pregnant and parenting teens, young mothers, and young families through trauma-informed education, emotional wellness support, self-advocacy, and family stabilization.
Organizations may partner with Ardyn Hope to host workshops, refer participants, or explore pilot opportunities centered on maternal mental health, parenting support, and trusted community-based engagement.
